AQQount

Every switch for how the site looks, sounds and moves on this device.

Hand, hearing mode, type size, language, day and night, sound, vibration, calm motion, the logo tip, the read-aloud voice and the corner menu. They are kept in this browser only - nothing is sent anywhere.

Seeing

Day or night

Auto follows the clock on this device.

Larger type

Bigger letters across the site.

Calm motion

Turns the moving effects down to a minimum. On by itself when the device asks for less motion.

Logo tip

The "Double tap for menu" tip that scrolls in under the logo now and then.

BreaQing News

The news bar that drops in from the top when there is breaking news for the room you are in: the headline runs twice, then the bar closes. Off keeps it closed.

Lens refraction on the logo

The glass logo bends the page behind it like a lens. Beautiful, but the browser draws it with the processor frame by frame; leave it off unless this device is fast.

Hearing and feeling

Sound effects

The flip boards, the sparks and the pop. Browsers start sound after your first tap or click.

Hearing mode

Sound cues become visual cues and captions come on. It also silences the sound effects.

Vibration

Taps and buzzes on phones that support them (Android). iPhones do not let web pages vibrate.

Read-aloud voice

The voice that reads the glass panels to you.

Hands and language

Hand

Which hand you use: the controls move to that side.

Language

More languages are being prepared.

The corner menu

Show the corner menu

The small Play menu in the corner (hand, hearing, type, tip). Every switch is also here.

Put it back in the corner

If you dragged it somewhere awkward.

This device

Show the numbers

A small line in the corner: how long this page took to load and to be ready, the frames a second right now and the download size. For checking the site in any browser.

Start fresh

Clears every setting and the page counts this browser kept for this site. Press twice to confirm.
