Durak
Attack, defend or pick up. The last one holding cards is the fool.
How to deal
Deal six cards each from the 36-card deck and turn the next card face up under the stock: its suit is trump. The player with the lowest trump attacks first.
How to play
The attacker lays a card; the defender must beat it with a higher card of the same suit or with a trump, or pick it up. While a defence holds, the attacker and the other players may add cards of any rank already on the table, up to six. A successful defence sends all the cards to the discard; a failed one puts them in the defender's hand. Everyone draws back up to six from the stock.
How you win
There is no winner, only a loser: the last player left holding cards once the stock has run out is the durak, the fool, and deals the next hand.
