How to deal

Deal each player three cards face down in a row, three cards face up on top of them, and three cards in hand. Before play starts you may swap cards between your hand and your face-up row to build the strongest row you can.

How to play

Play a card, or several of the same rank, equal to or higher than the top of the pile, then draw back up to three while the stock lasts. A Two resets the pile to any card; a Ten burns it, and so does four of a kind on top. If you cannot play, pick up the whole pile. Once your hand is gone you play the face-up row, then the face-down cards blind.

How you win

The first player to shed every card, including the blind row, wins the round. The last player left holding cards has lost it.

W.F.A. deck setup for Palace

Play without the 1s of two suits; the other two 1s are the jokers (the Ones). 54 cards, the 07 in as the seven.
