The 52 Qard Game Series · Season 3
Twenty-Nine
The trump stays hidden until someone cannot follow.

How to deal
Partners sit across the table. Deal four cards each from the 32-card deck. Bidding runs from sixteen up to twenty-eight for the number of points a side will capture; the highest bidder places a card face down to name the trump suit. The dealer then completes the hands to eight cards.
How to play
The player to the dealer's right leads and play runs counter-clockwise. Follow suit if you can. The trump suit stays hidden until a player cannot follow and asks for it to be revealed, from which point trumps beat the led suit. Card points: Jack three, Nine two, Ace one, Ten one.
How you win
The bidding side needs at least the points they bid from the twenty-eight in play. Make it and they score a game point; fail and the defenders score one, or two for a high bid. Game points are kept with two cards that count up and down; six game points wins the match.
W.F.A. deck setup for Twenty-Nine
Play without the four 1s, then strip 2 through 6: 32 cards, the 07 in as the lowest card.
